I'm already laying the groundwork for my next manga series after Miki Falls. The main character is going to be a young man, but there is going to be an important second character, a young woman, who interacts with him for much of the story.

I'll stay quiet about the plot and premise of this new project for now, but I can say that I want this female character to be rather less serious than Miki. I'm not sure she'll be quite as 'omg let's go shopping!' as the girl in this sketch (which I did several months ago) but I do want her to have a more 'modern girl' vibe than Miki.

The final design of this character will likely be wildly different from this first sketch, but I wanted to share it with you all and let you be in on this new project from the very beginning...
